In the past year, the flow of infection has been affected, and the background knowledge of the detection data has been changed. The improved proportion of the estimation method has been set up, and the new type of infection (COVID-19) has been developed. The state of affairs is related to the multi-variable time series of data and background knowledge, and the proposal of "data and knowledge fusion type" is proposed. The COVID-19 gene generation quantity is related to the biological background knowledge, and the cell is related to the three kinds of molecules (gene names: ICAM1, ACTB, C15orf48). A method for exploring space constraints and utilization of differential equation systems is discussed. A deterministic system of mechanics governed by known governing equations is prepared from artificial generation to time series, from opposite generation to structural causation to learning, from elementary equation representation to mechanical system reproduction. The reappearance degree of the formula of the existing equation is high, and the reappearance degree of the formula of the proposed method is high. In the future, the mathematical preconditions for causal reasoning, the mechanical system, the selection of higher-order nonlinear relations, the allowable range, the sensitivity analysis, the evaluation, the existing structural equations, the time-series causal inference, the comparison, the new method, and the completion of the new method.
