Simulation of flow and solidification (C01)

在TP-C1中，分析了TRIP基复合材料生产和加工过程中出现的分散多相流。获得了钢液雾化、热焰喷涂和热连接过程中的相分布、温度分布和冷却速度。利用这些信息，应找出生产工艺参数与所生产的TRIP基复合材料的性能之间的关联。此外，还应指定优化的工艺参数。

In TP C1, disperse multi-phase flows are analyzed, which occur during the production and processing of TRIP-matrix composites. Phase and temperature distributions as well as cooling velocities during liquid steel atomization, thermal flame spraying and thermal joining are obtained as main information. Correlations between the parameters of the production process and the properties of the produced TRIP-matrix composites shall be found with the help of this information. Additionally, optimized process parameters shall be specified.
