项目摘要

本研究の目的は、日本で開始された放射能除染作業が、レジリエンス政策を支持する文化的要因によって説明できるという仮説を検証することである。より正確には、この除染は、災害の集合的な記憶と、復興によって迅速に災害を克服する習慣のために決定されたという主な仮説である。さらに、この除染が、福島第一原子力発電所事故に対する認識や集合的な記憶を修正するのかどうかということも、もう一つの疑問である。これらの仮説を検証するために、私は飯舘村の農業従事者のケースに注目した。まず、福島大学、東京電機大学、早稲田大学、名古屋大学、大阪大学、京都大学の福島原発事故について研究する社会学系の教授陣と連絡を取り、話をした。このような出会いの中で、私は仮説を練り直し、飯舘村の二人の農家の方を紹介された。一人目は飯舘村の南部に戻り、村内を案内してくれた後、自宅で震災後の生活についてじっくりと話し合ってくれた。もう一人は、震災後に三重県に引越し、すべてを再建した方で、この方とは二回会い、とても良い関係を築いた。本研究は、集合的な記憶のどの部分が、彼らに逃亡を促したのか、留まって試練を乗り越えようとしたのか、そしてまだ会ったことのない第3のグループの場合は、留まって農地での除染実験に参加しようとしたのかを理解することから始まります。しかし、このような意思決定における集合的記憶の枠組みの役割という問いを超えて、今の私の研究は、これらの意思決定が引き起こす危機的出来事との時間的距離にも焦点を当てている。
