Research on Planning Methods for Improvement of Rural Landscape

“山水”是乡村改善的重要元素，它关系到乡村面积的大小，具有不仅仅是“视觉风景”的重要意义。乡村景观的基本功能大致可分为以下三种观点：(1)自然环境与乡村保护的观点；(2)乡村舒适性的保护与改善的观点；(3)城市需求的观点（城乡交替关系、绿色旅游）。为了对区域保护技术的规划指导，从这些方面进行分析，认为它在未来是有效的。为了达到本研究的目的，本研究制定了3年的研究期（1997-1999）。第一年（1997年），它做了足够的讨论研究的技术来执行这项研究，它得到了共同的基本认可。第二年（1998年），基于这一概念，对每个调查人员的主题进行了研究。并在最后一年（1999年）确定了结论的基本方针，对每一个调查案例进行了基于每个研究对象主题的调查和分析。在本研究中获得的知识和结果包括以下项目。(1)乡村景观评价；(2)农业生产基础景观评价；(3)中山作为游憩的保护管理活动评价；(4)行道树景观及其评价；(5)景观规制的执行与评价。

"The Landscape" which is the important element of the rural improvement, having to do with the amount of the rural area has the important meaning that doesn't merely of "the visual scenery". The basic function of the Rural Landscape to have can be roughly divided to the following three viewpoints : (1) The viewpoint of nature environment and the country preservation, (2) The viewpoint of preservation and improvement for the amenity of the rural area, (3) The viewpoint of the needs from urban area (The alternating relationship between rural and urban area, and The Green-Tourism)The purpose of this research is that ; for the planning guide of the area preservation technique, to think that it becomes effective in the future by gaining an analysis from these each viewpoint are shown. To achieve purpose of this research, it had made 3 years research period (1997-1999).The 1st year (1997), it did enough discussion about the technique of the research to execute this research and it got common basic recognition. The 2nd year (1998), based on this concept, research was spread out about each investigators theme. And, in the last year (1999), it was confirmed the basic policy to be in taking conclusion, and it have done the investigation and the analysis based on each research object theme for each investigation case.The knowledge and the results that were obtained in this research are consisting of the following item. (1) The evaluation of the rural landscape, (2) The landscape of agricultural production basis, (3) The preservation management activity of the Satoyama as recreation (4) The landscape and its evaluation of the street tree, (5) The execution and the evaluation of the landscape regulation.
