The purpose of this study is to find a suitable method to measure style dependence of the comfortable urination towards the better nursing intervention. We used the ultrasound instrument since it is available not only for infectionless and painless but also for no harm mentally. We described our technique to measure the urine volume and showed that the ultrasound instrument is useful to it. As the trial experiment for six healthy female in the five positions (0, 30, 45, 60, 90) on a bed the residual urine volume was measured. Their impressions were also recorded. Obtained results are the followings:1. In semi-fawler's positions from 0 to 30 there remains residual urine.2. In 90 position there causes pains in the thigh and the hip by touching a chamber pot, and it is tiring to hold up the upper part of the body.3. The semi-fawler's positions from 45 to 60 are efficient for the urination on a bed.Furthermore we showed the usefulness of the portable ultrasound device (bladder scan) in the dysuria nursing.

本研究的目的是寻找一种合适的方法来测量舒适排尿对更好的护理干预的风格依赖。我们之所以使用超声，是因为它不仅无感染、无痛，而且对精神也没有伤害。我们描述了我们的技术来测量尿量，并表明超声仪器是有用的。作为试验，对6名健康女性在床上5个体位（0、30、45、60、90）测量残尿量。他们的印象也被记录下来。得到的结果如下：1。从0到30的半漏斗位置有残余尿液。在90位时，大腿和臀部一碰到便壶就会疼痛，而且要撑起上半身很累。在床上排尿时，从45到60的姿势是最有效的。此外，我们还展示了便携式超声设备（膀胱扫描）在排尿困难护理中的作用。
