项目摘要

During the period of research funding for this study, we have considered state reporting investigations form 29 State Parties, and 11 articles of the ICCPR and 5 issues, including local remedy definition of victims, of admissibility in the individual communication procedure. Until now, we have studied nearly 50 state reports from all parts of the world and almost two thirds of the articles in the ICCPR.We greatly thank research funding system for helping this study. This research would not have been possible without this Aid.Our study clarifies the situation of human rights all over the world.
