本研究では，介護行為や介護時の被介護者の様子が記載された介護記録と，被介護者のバイオデータを含むセンサデータにより生成する生活行動オントロジとを意味的に統合した国際生活機能分類ICF準拠の介護オントロジにより，被介護者の身体/精神状態を考慮した介護行為のレベルやタイミングを適切に推薦するケアプランPDCAモデルを実現し，介護QoLの向上につながる「被介護者の望む介護」により，高齢者介護の充実化に貢献する。①介護指標自動評価アルゴリズム：自由記述された，あるいは介護アプリケーションなどにより作成された介護記録を自然言語処理し，結果の意味ベクトル表現を活用して日常生活行動ADLや介護行為を抽出し，a.ADL自立度（ICF準拠），b.介護時の心理状態指数，c.介護士による介護行為レベルを自動評価する。②行動認識アルゴリズム：被介護者のバイオデータ（心拍，体温，発汗等）により，d.健康状態，e.ストレス状態指数を把握し，さらにはニオイセンサを活用した介護施設の環境データをもとにした f.介護環境指数を自動評価する。③ICF準拠介護オントロジ生成アルゴリズム：ICFが定義するオントロジを拡張し，介護記録，センサデータから①②により自動生成した情報を被介護者固有データ（プロパティ）として管理，検索可能なICF準拠介護オントロジを生成する。この際，自然言語処理とその結果を時系列データ分析に有効なアルゴリズムであるLSTMを活用する。④被介護者介護レベル分析アルゴリズム：被介護者のADL自立度，心理状態，健康状態，介護ストレス状態などを検索条件として，被介護者に対して行う介護レベル，タイミングをケアプランPDCAモデルにより推論し，被介護者に対して実施した介護行為の改善策となる介護ケアプランを提示し，被介護者や介護行為を実施した介護士の満足度を階層分析法(AHP)により評価する。

This research is based on the care records that record the care behavior and the person being cared for at the time of care, and the care platform that integrates the meaning of the life action interface generated by the person being cared for including the mobile phone data on the local server. The physical/mental state of the person being cared for is taken into account in the review of care behavior, and appropriate recommendations are made for the implementation of PDCA care. The upward revision of care QoL is referred to as "Care of the person being cared for" and the contribution of care for the elderly. 1. Automatic evaluation of nursing indicators: free description of nursing records, natural speech processing, application of results, extraction of ADL and nursing behavior, a.ADL self-reliance (ICF criteria), b. psychological state index during nursing, c. automatic evaluation of nursing behavior. (2) Action recognition: the health status of the person under care (heart beat, body temperature, sweat, etc.), d. health status, e. health status index, f. automatic evaluation of the environmental status of the care facility. 3. ICF standard mediating mode generation: ICF definition, opening, mediating record, server management, automatic generation of information, management, search possibility, ICF standard mediating mode generation. At this time, natural speech processing and the results of time-series analysis have been used in the study. (4) The analysis of the interviewee's interviewee status: ADL independence, mental state, health state, status of care, condition of care, behavior of care, inference of PDCA, suggestion of improvement of care behavior of care A hierarchical analysis method (AHP) is used to evaluate the intervention behavior of the patient.
