【本研究の概要】我が国は精神保健福祉領域において、病院中心から地域生活中心へのシフトが加速化している。我々はストレングスリテラシー（看護師が対象者のストレングスを見出し、活用する能力）について研究を行っており 、ストレングスの臨床応用について模索している。本研究はそのエビデンスとして観察の重要な要素である視線運動に着目し、精神科訪問看護師の観察時における視線運動に焦点を当て、ストレングスアセスメント（ストレングスの視点を用いたアセスメント）との関係性を明らかにすることを目的としている。【本研究の目的】①精神科訪問看護師が訪問時にどのような視線運動を行っているかを明らかにする。②精神科訪問看護師が訪問時に、どのようなストレングスアセスメントを行っているかを質問紙とインタビューにより明らかにする。③①②の結果をもとに、視線運動とストレングスアセスメントの関連性を明らかにする。【2022年度の計画】①精神科訪問看護ステーションに連絡し、研究対象者を10名選定する。②ストレングスアセスメントに関連する論文等を検討して、インタビューガイドを作成し、尺度を選定する。③行動計画を作成し、TalkEye Lite Wirelessを使用して訪問看護時にパイロットスタディを行う。【2022年度に実施した内容】①研究の候補となる訪問看護ステーションの選定を行った。②ストレングスアセスメントに関連する論文を収集し、その内容について検討した。③TalkEye Lite Wirelessを使用して、データ収集・分析、現場での使用方法等を検討した。
