本年度は、以下の内容に取り組んだ。１．文献検討：国内文献を中心に文献検討を行った。全国のがん診療連携拠点病院に設置されたがん相談支援センターは、がんに関する相談を受ける場所として広く位置づけられているが課題が指摘されていることを確認した。退院支援や退院調整の機能も持ち合わせており、自宅退院のニーズを持った子育て期の女性がん患者へのサポートを提供する重要な役割を担っている可能性があると考えられるが、その実情は明らかにされていない。がん相談支援センターの子育て期の女性がん療養者への在宅移行支援の特徴を明らかにし、実施上の課題を検討する必要があることを再確認した。２．実践者からの情報収集：がん相談支援センターに所属するがん看護専門看護師１名に協力を得て、子育て期の女性がん療養者の在宅療養移行支援に関する連携・協働の現状について情報収集した。センターに在宅移行の相談に訪れる子育て期の女性がん療養者は少なく、事例ごとに手探りで実践したということが語られた。今後の調査により、がん相談支援センターでの在宅移行支援の実際とその課題を明らかにしていく必要性を確認した。３．調査開始のための準備：文献検討と情報収集をもとに、当初県内のがん相談支援センターでの調査を検討していたが、事例数が少ないことが予測されるため、全国調査へ変更した。そのための倫理審査の書類の作成、申請を行い、調査を実施するための準備を整えた。
