本研究の目的は、低出生体重児の母親への退院早期支援としての双方向性モバイルアプリケーションの開発を目指す。開発過程は、① 既に心的外傷後成長(Posttraumatic Growth：以下PTG )の理論に基づき作成し実施した「低出生体重児の母親への ピアサポーターによるPTG遠隔支援プログラム」を評価し、SNSでの母親同士の交流の特徴を明らかにすること、② 低出生体重児の子育て支援できる双方向アプリに必要なコンテンツの検討、③ 双方向性モバイルアプリケーションの有用性の検証の３つのステップで進めていく。本年度の目標は、既に作成し実施した「低出生体重児の母親への ピアサポーターによるPTG遠隔支援プログラム」を評価し、SNSでの母親同士の交流の特徴を検討することであった。このプログラムでは、NICU病棟退院直後の子どもの母親1名と、ピアサポーター1名が、SNS（主にLINE）を媒体として4か月間の交流を実施した。期間中の質問や相談内容は、発達に関すること、感染症に関すること、母乳や泣き止まない時の対処といった子育て手技に関すること、フォローアップ外来のこと、離乳食の進め方、保育園入園の時期等であった。この内容は、退院指導の内容ではサポートしきれない日常生活の中での疑問であることが明らかになり、そのQ&Aを検討中である。また、交流内容は、子どもの様子を共有、母の思いを共有、入院中のこと、医療の活用、出産時の共有であった。母親は、単に質問に関する回答を求めているだけでなく、自身の育児の辛さや共に子どもの成長を一緒に喜んでくれる存在を求めていることが見えてきた。今後、親の会の活動内容やオンラインで活動している患者会の課題等を明らかにして、双方向アプリに必要なコンテンツの検討をしていく予定である。
