令和4年度は、隣接領域の先行研究等や全国の育成指標より養護教諭に求められている協働力に関する項目の抽出を行った。具体的には、各種文献を取り寄せ先行研究の整理を行い、さらに学会、救急法講習会等での情報収集を行った。また、各都道府県や政令指定都市の教育委員会より策定されている「養護教諭育成指標」を各教育委員会のHPより入手し、テキストマイニングを用いた分析を行った。「養護教諭育成指標」は、59件の各都道府県や政令指定都市の教育委員会で策定されていた。「養護教諭育成指標」の構成は様々であり、「キャリアステージ区分」、「育成指標の項目」、「能力や身に付けるべき力」などから構成されている57件を分析の対象とした。協働力に関する項目として、「学校保健・健康課題における関係機関との連携」、「地域連携における調整」、「保健管理体制の構築」、「信頼関係の構築」、「コミュニケーション能力」、「組織における課題解決」等の項目を抽出することができた。令和4年度の研究では、全国の養護教諭の育成指標からの分析を行い、養護教諭の「協働力」に関する項目を抽出できた点は、大変意義があったと考える。しかし、分析調査の事前ヒアリングを実施することで、内在する課題を把握し、そのうえで調査票の作成に向かうことで収集されるデータ内容の精度を高めていくことを予定していたが、新型コロナ感染症の影響に伴うヒアリング日程変更等が生じたことや、他の研究との兼ね合いで日程調整が難航したことにより養護教諭へのヒアリングが実施できなかったため、引き続き調整を行いながら研究を実施している。
