项目摘要

今年度は本研究の【第1段階】として、専門職および地域住民のヤングケアラー・若者介護者支援に関するインタビューデータの収集を計画した。そのため、2017年度からのヤングケアラー・若者介護者に関する先行研究での調査協力者、および病院看護師の中から施設長等を通して研究依頼に向け準備を進めた。さらにその協力者らの紹介による講演等をしつつ、子ども支援活動ボランティアらも加え、インタビュー対象者の選定を進めた。実際にインタビューに至った事例については、データとして蓄積している。インタビューで語られた内容は、大変示唆に富み、引き続きのインタビュー調査への参考としながら進めている。また同時に、本研究への協力依頼に際し、当該施設における研究倫理審査が必要な例があり、依頼施設の研究倫理審査委員会への申請手続きを進め、年度末に承認を受けることができた。さらに本研究の【第2段階】として、専門職および地域住民のヤングケアラー・若者介護者支援に関する対応事例の分析から支援プログラムの作成への計画をしている。そのため、次の段階において、子ども・若年介護者対策の先進国であるイギリスにおける情報交換と成果発表を行う計画である。そこで、2023年度～2024年度にかけて開催される学会等の専門分野及び時期について情報収集をし、検討した。現在の研究の進捗状況及びそれらの学会等の開催情報、そして大学の教育業務のスケジュール等を照らし、現状までの成果の共有と、イギリスにおける支援プログラムに関する情報交換をまず現時点で行うこととした。実際にイギリスにおける支援の見学・聞き取りをしながら情報交換を行い、その支援についての理解を深めるとともに、本研究課題として取り組むべき方向性を確認した。　なお成果発表としての学会報告については、本研究期間の終盤において適切な学会等の開催があるかどうか、引き続き情報収集をしている。
