International Comparative Analysis on Topology and Transfiguration of NGO/NPO Peace-keeping and Environmental protection activities

本研究旨在通过对国际上关于维和与环境保护的现实层面和意义的学术考察，分析国际社会的多样性，并探讨其拓扑结构和嬗变。我们的研究成果将对21世纪国际社会和平秩序与环境保护的启示和政策建议有所发展。具体调查及分析方法如下：(1)先后两次赴日本、中国、法国、美国开展国际学术调查。我们于1998年在日本和中国进行了第一次调查，并于1999年在法国和美国进行了同样的调查。我们在日本、法国和美国进行了第二次调查。由于中国的紧缩政策，我们将中国排除在第二次调查之外。(2)在第一次调查中，我们分析了日本的真实面貌，同时对日本-中国、日本-中国-法国、日本-中国-法国-美国进行了比较分析。在第二次调查中，在对日、法、美进行比较分析的同时，我们通过问卷间的交叉分析，以及被调查群体间的聚类和元素分析，进一步进行了复杂而多元的二次加工分析。(3)在环境方面，我们在1998年和1999年进行了理论分析和建设研究。2000年对美国林业局生态系统政策管理、日美林业局生态系统政策管理进行了分析。基于环境金融和环境经济总量核算的欧盟森林认证制度对生态系统可控控制的比较分析通过这一调查，我们可以客观地认识到国际社会和平与环境保护意识的多样性及其在拓扑和转型方面的巨大差距。

This research aim to analyze multiplicity in international society through the international academic survey of real aspect and sense on Peace-keeping and environmental protection, and to investigate its topology and transfiguration. We shall develop the results of our research to enlightenment and policy proposal on peace order and environmental protection of international society in 21 century.The specific survey and its analyzing methods are as follows.(1)We have carried out international academic survey in Japan, PRC, France and U.S.for two times. We conducted first survey both in Japan and PRC in 1998, and also conducted the same survey both in France and U.S.in 1999. We conducted second survey in Japan, France and U.S.We excluded PRC from second survey because of China's tightening policy.(2)In first survey, we analyzed real aspect of Japan and at the same time, comparative analysis on Japan-PRC, Japan-PRC-France, Japan-PRC-Frans-U.S.In second survey, while analyzing comparative analysis on japan-France U.S., we conducted further complicated and multiple secondary processed analysis through Cross analysis among questionnaires, and Cluster and Element analysis among respondent group.(3)As for environment, we conducted research of theoretical analysis and building in 1998 and 1999. In 2000, we analyzed policy management of ecosystem on U.S.forestry administration, and Japan-U.S.-EU comparative analysis on manageable control of ecosystem over Forest Certification System based on environmental finance and environment-economy total account in GDP economy calculation.Through this survey, we can objectively clarify multiplicity of sense on peace and environment protection in international society and its great gap of topology and transfiguration.
