Research on the contents and applications of the standard construction details of non-wooden buildings in Japan

本研究是为了弄清日本非木结构建筑的标准构造细节，主要考虑以下几点：1）对60家私人和55家公共建筑设计机构进行了关于标准构造的存在、使用和管理的问卷调查。2）对标准构造的决定、使用和管理制度进行了访谈调查。并向12家私人设计机构提供了关于自己的标准细节书内容的文件调查。这些结果发表在AIJ Journal of Technology and Design上。3）通过对两个私人组织和两种公共组织的施工图与标准详图进行比较，对标准建筑施工的应用进行了实况调查。这些结果已经并将在AIJ年会上发表。4）建设部政府建筑司关于标准详图和标准规范变化的实况调查。标准详图中楼板、墙、天花板部分有变化趋势，屋面和洞口部分不变。

This research is a step to make clear what are the standard construction details of non-wooden buildings in Japan and mainly considered in the points that follow.1) The questionnaire surveys about the presence, use and management of the standard building constructions, to 60 private and 55 public architectural design organizations.2) The interview surveys about the system to decide, use and manage the standard building constructions, and the document surveys about the contents of the own standard details books, to 12 private design organizations. These results were reported in AIJ Journal of Technology and Design.3) The fact-findings about applications of the standard building construction by the comparisons of working drawings with the standard detail drawings on two private organizations and two types of public organizations. These results were and will be spoken in Annual Meeting of AIJ.4) The fact-findings about the changes of the Standard Detail Drawings and the Standard specifications by Government Building Department in Ministry of Construction. There is changeable tendency in the Standard Detail Drawings on floor, wall and ceiling and unchangeable in them on roof and opening.
