本研究の目的は、児童の英語の音韻認識スキル向上のための段階的なICT教材を開発するとともに、それを活用した文字指導を取り入れた場合の児童の音韻認識スキルの発達的変化を捉えることである。日本の小学校英語教育においては、2020年度から新学習指導要領の全面実施に伴い、高学年で本格的な読み書き指導が行われている。またコロナ禍の下、全国の義務教育段階の学校において、「1人1台端末」及び「高速大容量の通信環境」が整備され、積極的なICTの活用が求められている。外国語学習の入門期における音韻認識を高める文字指導の重要性は周知であるが、このような教育動向から個々の学習プロセスや成果を評価し支援できるICT教材の開発を包括した実証研究が急務である。2022年度は、昨年度整理した音韻類型（音韻の類似度）を基に、引き続き音韻認識スキルを高めるための学習段階に応じたICT教材の開発 (mobile testingの作成) を進めた。具体的には、プラットホームにアクセスし操作確認すべく作成したデモ用mobile testingについて、6年生を対象に処理性能及びコンテンツ等に関する調査を行い、その結果を国際学会にて発表した。また結果を基に、3年生から6年生を対象としたmobile testingを開発し、当該学年への音韻認識スキル調査及びアプリケーションを活用した外国語学習に関する聞き取り調査を実施し、収集したデータを整理し終えたところである。今後は整理したデータを分析し考察をさらに深めるとともに、引き続き学習段階に応じた教材の改良・開発を進め、児童の音韻認識スキルの変化を捉えるべくデータ収集を行う予定である。

The purpose of this study is to explore the development and utilization of ICT textbooks for children's English phonological cognition. Japanese elementary school English education in 2020, a comprehensive implementation of the new learning guidelines, accompanied by the middle and high school students of the standard of the book guidance. Under the disaster, schools in the national compulsory education level,"one person, one terminal" and "high-speed and large-capacity communication environment" are being prepared, and active ICT use is being sought. The importance of text instruction in the introductory period of foreign language learning is well known, and the educational trend of learning is evaluated. The development of ICT teaching materials, including evidence research, is urgent. In 2022, the development of ICT teaching materials (mobile testing) was further developed in order to sort out the phoneme types (phoneme similarity). The detailed investigation on mobile testing, processing performance of 6-year-old objects and test results was published by the International Society for the Study of the Operation Confirmation of the Production of Mobile Testing, 6-year-old Object Processing and Test Results. The results of the survey are based on the results of the survey conducted in the third and sixth years. In the future, the improvement of teaching materials for children's phonological knowledge and the improvement of teaching materials for children's phonological knowledge will be discussed.
