项目摘要

世界経済がグローバル化するのに伴い、国際経済の変化が一国国内政治経済とその構成員に与える多面的な影響を科学的に解明する研究の重要性は、政策的にも、理論的にも増している。ここで多面的影響を明らかにするため、申請者は学術振興会のPDとしての3年間に、以下の三つの相互関連したプロジェクトに取り組んできた。それは、(1)グローバリゼーションの進展が米国通商政策に与える影響についての研究を深めること、(2) 米国労働組合が他国の労働組合や環境団体との間で実施する「トランスナショナルな連携活動」が国際システム対してどのような影響を与えているかの考察を行うこと、(3) 経済グローバリゼーションの進展の影響を観察する目的で、米国一国に検証対象を限定するのではなく、他国との比較検証を行うこと、である。PDの最終年に中心的に取り組んだのは、上記研究テーマの成果を広く世間に公表することであった。まず（1）グローバリゼーションが米国通商政策に与える影響についての研究を深めること、(2) 米国労働組合が他国の労働組合や環境団体との間で実施する「トランスナショナルな連携活動」が国際システム対してどのような影響を与えているかの考察を行うこと、に関しては、研究成果を日本政治学会の査読付き雑誌の『国際政治』に論文を掲載した（タイトル「米国通商政策における利益集団と制度の交錯」）。　次に(3) 経済グローバリゼーションの進展の影響を観察する目的で、米国一国に検証対象を限定するのではなく他国との比較検証を行うこと、に関しては日本に研究対象を拡大することで実施した。その成果は日本国際政治学会にて報告を行った上に（報告タイトル「日米経済交渉におけるバファー・システムの存在」）、2016年6月には有斐閣から出版予定の『TPP・FTAの政治学』という書籍の日米関係の章の執筆を担当することで世の中に公表している。
