项目摘要

Christie & Geis(1970)は、対人関係における他者操作的な側面には個人差が存在することを指摘し、それを記述するものとしてマキャベリアニズム（以下Mach）というパーソナリティ概念を導入した。Machの高い個人は、自己の目的のために他者を効果的に操作し社会的な成功を収めやすいように一見思えるが、社会的に適応していなくメンタルヘルスに問題を抱える可能性がある。この可能性をこれまでの研究ではMachと抑うつや状態怒りの関連を検討することで検証してきた。今年度の研究ではこれまでの研究知見をより一般的なものにするために扱う変数を「Machから反社会的パーソナリティ」、「抑うつから内在化問題傾向」、「状態怒りから外在化問題傾向」というように拡張して研究を行った。また申請者が採用1年度目の研究で検討した行動の抑制能力との関係についても検討をした。そのために大学生を対象にして質問紙調査（Mach尺度日本語版、DTDD日本語版、エフォートフル・コントロール尺度日本語版、自己評価式抑うつ性尺度、状態不安尺度、社会不安尺度、Buss-Perry攻撃性質問紙）を実施した。その結果、反社会的パーソナリティは行動の抑制能力（の低さ）・内在化問題傾向・外在化問題傾向のそれぞれと関連が見られた。この結果と内在化問題傾向と外在化問題傾向が関連する原因として行動の抑制能力の低さが挙げられる（山形他，2006）ことから、「反社会的パーソナリティの高い個人は行動の抑制能力が低く、その結果として内在化問題傾向と外在化問題傾向の両方が高くなる」という仮説が考えられる。今後、今年度採取したデータに対して共分散構造分析を実施することによりこの仮説を検討し、反社会的パーソナリティ・行動の抑制能力・内在化問題傾向・外在化問題傾向に関する一般性が高く、かつ包括的なモデルを作成することを目標とする。
