平成27年度は、これまでに収集したデータの分析を行い、本研究の成果をまとめ、出版に向けて執筆をすすめた。研究の最終段階において、米国コーネル大学の社会起業や戦略的経営分野の著名な研究者であるDowell教授、Milstein教授、Marquis教授、Wessells教授、Ditritch教授を訪ね、データの分析方法や、結果に対する見解について、貴重な助言を受けることができた。また、同大学の図書館にて、関連書籍、専門誌から情報収集を行った。また、インドにて追加調査を行なった。多数の社会起業家を対象として、デプスインタビューを実施した。その内容は研究結果に反映されている。本研究では、社会的企業が資源確保という困難に直面していることを明らかにし、１）個人、２）組織、3）外部という三つの要因を資源調達の際の重要事項としてとらえている。個人では、その経歴や経験、チームが重要となる。組織では、戦略、予測、採用、成長が必要資源の獲得に不可欠となる。外部の要因には「資源」のパラダイムに影響を及ぼすネットワーク、パートナーシップ、関係性が含まれる。社会起業は、貧しい人々を雇用し、技術を開発し、その技術をコミュニティで展開させるもので、このような取組は、貧しい人々の雇用創出につながり、コミュニティはこの技術により大きな恩恵を受ける。資源不足を適時に認識し行動ができた社会起業家は成功をおさめ、一方そうできなかった社会的企業は廃業を余儀なくされることも本研究により明らかとなった。社会起業家の能力、人脈、ネットワークは資源を確保し、企業の勢いを維持するのに役立っている。本研究の一環として考察をすすめてきた、技術面での能力育成は、社会的企業の課題であるとともに、社会起業の抱える多くの内部的、財政的問題がさらにこの課題を難しいものとしていることが明らかになった。

In 2007, the author published the results of this research. In the final stage of the study, well-known researchers in the field of social entrepreneurship and strategy in American universities were interviewed by Professor Dowell, Professor Milstein, Professor Marquis, Professor Wessells and Professor Ditritch, and the analytical methods of the research were analyzed. The results were analyzed and valuable suggestions were received. The library of the same university, the related books, and the information collection of the university. Additional investigations were conducted on the site. Most of the social entrepreneurs are working on the project. The content of the report reflects the research results. This study focuses on the problems faced by enterprises in ensuring resources, 1) individuals, 2) organizations, 3) external factors, and 3) important matters in resource adjustment. The individual, the company, the company. Organization, strategy, prediction, adoption, growth and acquisition of necessary resources are indispensable. The external factors include the influence of "resource" and "relationship".
