UK-based Legal Services SME, Law 365 Limited (Law365), has a core project-team of Luis Otton (ex-Quantitative Investment Trader), Kim Simmonds (Commercial Technology Lawyer), Tim Wallis (CEO, Microsoft Partner) and Martin Hatch (Microsoft Enterprise Architect). This project will create a 'digital lawyer' that reads contracts, marks-up and returns to sender along with an issues table, for Microsoft Partner companies (30,000 UK businesses, 400,000 globally). This will solve the problem that these small businesses do not frequently buy legal services as they believe lawyers to be expensive, slow, full of legalese and not accessible (Law365 Research), which means they carry too much legal risk and are less competitive
