Celador Research and Development project for preventive mental health in the workplace

**My project works to create basic understanding about habit creation, how to optimise this process and create the necessary intrinsic motivation required to implement lasting change. The program takes the individual through a crash course of habit formation focusing on basic human needs and the software element re-programs the subconscious part of your mind where limiting beliefs, behviours and habits are stored.****These two approaches combined have the potential to create lasting change in the workplace and help to alleviate the pressures being faced by many people in the wake of the pandemic as we struggle to cope with the increasing pressures in society and the impact this is having on mental health.**
