该合同的目的是为NIDA提供一个国家外展和交流计划NIDAMED的继续。承包商应进行形成性研究，以开发新产品/材料，并确定向临床医生最佳传播产品/材料的方法。这份合同旨在继续开发现有的产品和材料，并创造新的产品和材料，传播给NIDAMED的临床医生和见习生观众。除了营销和传播NIDAMED产品/材料外，承包商还应测量外展方法和NIDAMED材料/工具的使用情况。

The objective of this contract is to provide NIDA with continuation of a national outreach and communications program, NIDAMED. The Contractor shall conduct formative research to develop new products/materials and to identify ways to best disseminate products/materials to clinicians. This contract seeks to continue development of existing products and materials and create new products and materials to disseminate to NIDAMED’s clinician and trainee audiences. In addition to marketing and disseminating NIDAMED products/materials, the Contractor shall measure outreach methods and NIDAMED materials/tools usage.
