Preventative mental health support in the workplace enabled by AI.

In this project, we will build on our current IP to significantly enhance our existing innovative product. We will use state-of-the-art digital technology to better inform the timing and support needs of each individual. Through the use of a sentiment-analysis/AI system we will collect a range of data, enabling automatic generation of the most relevant support for each individual based on the information collected.Information can also be collected company wide, anonymised and shared with the employer on their company dashboard, along with recommended support resources. This will enable companies to identify and better understand challenges within their organisation that contribute to poor mental health.
