ProPanem: Realising value from bread waste

This project addresses the need to reduce food waste in order to work towards net zero. We have a proprietary technology which can convert white bread waste into a probiotic style drink which provides human nutrition. This is upcycling one of the most wasted products globally. This can reduce emissions by reducing the waste going to landfill and gain more nutrition than using it for animal feed. In order to capitalise on this opportunity we need to provide customers/investors with feedstock options other that white bread such as dough or granary. This project seeks to provide this validation and open up the technology to a wider platform and thus increase it's environmental benefits.
