Rivum is a software solution to allow employees to easily identify and self-manage their mental health and empower employers and managers to proactively manage mental health issues across the business.Rivum is a simple to use, SaaS product that presents employees in the workplace with short, regular questionnaire-style interactions. These can be accessed across devices and through different mediums. As a mobile app, a web app, and through workplace instant messaging services as a plug-in.Users would be then signposted to individualised guidance, given support, and rewarded through our corporate partner network for adopting positive behaviours. There is a focus on making this an engaging interaction to drive regular use.We also provide grouped, anonymised data to the business around key stressors within the business to allow them to make any structural, managerial or cultural changes and to directly track the benefit of these changes.
