Reform Radio is a creative social enterprise based in Manchester which aims to support underserved and underrepresented young people in accessing cultural opportunities, creative skills training and career pathways in the creative industries. The aim of this project is for Reform Radio to establish its audio production as a key arm of the business; generating income, business growth, and creating paid employment opportunities. This will be achieved through the funding supporting an increase in staff capacity (Head of Production and Assistant Producer) in order to develop and deliver new business. Reform Radio also aims to grow this arm of the business to generate profit which will enable wider organisational goals and activities, supporting young people.
