Lantum is a powerful workforce scheduling platform for healthcare that aims to radically improve how the healthcare profession operates. Lantum saves NHS GP surgeries millions of pounds each year by efficiently automating processes end-to-end, connecting the right clinicians with the right shifts.This experience positions us to understand and address the more complex and challenging situation of scheduling hospital clinical staff, where many departments operate 24/7, with a much broader range of specialties, and many additional and more complex constraints on staffing requirements.This project will develop a revolutionary flexible workforce scheduling system for hospital doctors and nurses. The aim is to put an end to rigid rosters of rolling day, evening and weekend shifts. Instead, we will create flexible rotas that take into account the personal lives of workers.
