Plastic. It's an international problem. It's an environmental scourge. Yet, it's a material with extraordinary properties.Our relationship with plastic is complex but it's something we desperately need to set some new boundaries with if we're going to tackle our environmental challenges. Here at Future Makers, we're driving a quiet revolution.Within our 9,000 sq ft warehouse at the Makers Yard in Nottingham's new Trent Basin development, we're creating a hub for entrepreneurial artists, designers and makers. A place where we can forge collaborations and innovations that feed into our local circular economy.In this space, we're building a plastic repurposing studio that will shape new ways for people to engage with recycled plastic as a material for the future.
