Integrity Media is a creative arts company that through a structured creative writing course provides mental wellbeing support services to organisations (companies, Universities and schools). By supporting communities of individuals to write about their challenges and with that output, reviewing and profiling the mental wellbeing and culture of the community, and making recommendations for improvement to the available Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) or addition of bespoke tools and/or training/education activities to improve employee wellbeing.A typical B2B client engagement can result in the submission of up 100 short stories (circa500,000 words), which including profiling takes approximately 6 person weeks to complete and deliver a final summary report. Conservatively, a project lead can manage 6 assignments per year, but with an increasing risk that human analytical errors may occur from such an intense and repetitive process. The use of AI provides a pathway to streamline this process, reducing costs (making it more affordable), reducing errors and increasing/accelerating scalability of the company's service proposition.This feasibility level project aims to deliver a proof of concept (PoC) AI system that can accelerate the review and report process, thereby increasing the productivity of our employees. The system will also be designed to mitigate the potential for errors or inaccuracies in interpretation, to increase the robustness of our offering.
