Grinding of metals produces fine waste that can, as a minimum, lead to inefficiency within the machine tools due to clogging and blockages, through to an expensive breakdown. This equipment links with existing technology, used in the seperation of solids from cutting fluids, that produces a mixture of abrasive and the metal alloy by allowing further seperation of these two solid components. In addition to improving machine tool efficiency this additional process will result in a product that has a far higher resale value, allowing a further reduction in the processing costs of the product. The process will have a vast environmental impact by allowing product that would otherwise be disposed of as waste to be resold and reused.
