To address the identified barriers to growth and maximise the opportunities within the business to enter target markets and generate new revenue; the following areas have been identified as a priority for support:• Facilitated review of growth ambitions and opportunities to clarify key priorities and challenges (in context of current business circumstances/resource and considering both Elmhurst Energy Systems and Elmhurst Energy Services)• Support to develop headline growth plan (with a focus on new business development to identify and access new market opportunities) as a means to securing a more robust, sustainable and scalable business model for the future• Consideration of on-going resource needs to drive and manage growth priorities and actions and enable implementation of the growth strategy (including finance, personnel and additional requirements) • Exploration of opportunities to support development of workforce (senior management level) via the available leadership and management training grant • Exploration (in due course) of opportunities/improvements to address demand from emerging target markets (to be pursued with support from the manufacturing consultancy element of The Business Growth Service)
