This project involves the development of a remote techncial support system for manufacturers of complex industrial equipment which will significantly reduce the requirement for site visits by service personnel whilst ensuring operators can keep their machines running with as high availability as possible.Utilising cloud based technology including browser based 3D visualisation, integrated video communications and interactive shared 3D web sessions, the outcome of the project will be a support platform with aftermarket focused workflows that ensure support can be provided seamlessly by manufacturers from anywhere to anywhere.
