英文摘要
Tekihealth has spent the last two years building capability and trialling our solution with customers in the Primary Care market. The focus of our activity has been to trial and demonstrate our Teki-Hub technology and the benefits of our solution with customers across key target segments. We are now moving into a position to address these segments both in the UK and internationally. We would like to extend the deliverables of this project to mature the commercial-readiness of the company in a number of waysBusiness Model Definition Across SegmentsWe have adapted our offering to the needs of the Primary Care segments we have been targeting, which results in a different bundle of hardware and services across different segments. We would like to refine the business model for care homes, building packages of the product and services bundles we currently offer and those we wish to deliver in future. This business model definition activity will allow TekiHealth to engage customer segments with a variety of needs and be able to provide customised information on costs and savings. It will be a powerful business development and sale stool.Market Expansion Deliverable: Assessment of International Opportunities – Care Home Market AnalysisTekihealth has identified a European market as a potential high-growth market which may unlock our first international sales. We would like to conduct a market research report on this international market opportunity. If the results are favourable, they will bring forward our plans for international expansion.
