Our business idea is to introduce a new exciting way to enjoy cocktails through development of a new innovation: high ABV cocktail flavoured iced popsicles. Freezing alcohol is a complex scientific process. Our proposed research will look into the formulation for such a task, without the extensive use of stabilisers.
