The Two-Cycle Preliminary Study (TCPS) is a pilot study for the Diet and Hormone Study, a randomized trial that will assess the effects of dietary interventions on hormone levels and menstrual patters in premenopausal women. The TCPS will provide descriptive data on the feasability of having participants collect daily saliva and measure mid-cycle urinary LH over two consecutive menstrual cycles and compare LH self-testing to forward dating, reverse dating and salivary pro-gesterone profile for locating and timing of the mid-cycle (ovulation).
