The primary objective of this study is to compare the long-term safety of a hydrofluroalbane propellent (non-ozone depleting) with that of the standard chloroflurocarbon based propellant used in metered-dose inhalers. The secondary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of salbutamol sulfate in those subjects who were randomized to receive Ventolin (trade name for salbutamol) in a previous study. This study has been completed.
