The UK's withdrawal from the EU signals a shift in the relationship between Wales and the EU. It also poses questions for the devolution settlements and the UK's territorial constitution. I am passionate about the EU and EU law and am interested to see how the EU will evolve as a 27-member bloc. Likewise, I am keen to explore what the long-term legacy of EU membership may be for Wales and the UK.
