英文摘要
In this PhD project, dense nuclear and quark matter is investigated theoretically and applications to the physics of neutron stars are explored. Particular emphasis is put on superconducting and superfluid properties of dense matter. For instance, as a first part of the project, magnetic flux tubes in color-flavor locked quark matter are investigated. The goal is to extend previous studies by a more realistic setup that includes the strange quark mass. This will be done in the framework of a Ginzburg-Landau approach and will involve the numerical calculation of flux tube profiles and domain walls. These techniques can then also be applied to dense nuclear matter, possibly including effects of entrainment between the neutron and proton fluids.
