Strategic Theme: Living with environmental changeStrategic Area: Operational research Project Summary: This PhD will evaluate the contribution that the Calculators have made in climate mitigation policy development and their potential to influence futuremitigation policies and low carbon pathway implementation. It will focus on issues of energy access and associated land use / land availability / land use change impacts. It will answer questions such as: What are the key components and best practices for developing a country calculator?
