A major class of drugs is now antibody-based. Recent approaches to antibody drugdevelopment use NGS sequencing of antibody libraries from transgenic mice, human serumor phage display with companies such as Kymab regularly generating 10^6 sequences perweek. AM's abYsis software is used by a number of companies to analyze antibodies, but isnot designed for this type of high throughput. The project will develop novel software to allowlarge libraries to be analyzed and triaged (looking for unusual features and developabilityliabilities) before loading into abYsis for further analysis and interface with BRepertoire fromFF's lab.
