This project will deliver the design, synthesis and application of new chemical technologies to identify the interacting partners of protein complexes, with a particular focus on inflammasome formation, which drives pathological inflammation in an extensive range of diseases. These interactions represent potentially druggable nodes and will be validated to understand the underlying target biology.
