英文摘要
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and schizophrenia(SCZ) are highly comorbid; however, the mechanismsunderlying this comorbidity are not well researched. Usingdata from Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children(ALSPAC) longitudinal cohort study and the UK Biobank, Iwill 1) investigate symptom level associations betweenOCD and SCZ using network modelling and identify thebridge symptoms that can help explain the co-occurrenceof these two disorders; 2) identify common and uniquepsychosocial risk factors underlying OCD and SCZ; 3)examine polygenic risk scores to assess gene-environmentinterplay underlying the comorbidity between OCD andSCZ.
