This project aims to explore how the optoelectronic properties of perovskite solar cell materials can be tailored by applying mechanical stress. Located at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at the University of Cambridge, the student will work in close collaboration with materials scientists, chemists, and physicists to characterise the optoelectronic response of perovskite materials under applied mechanical stress with the goal of improving stability and efficiency of perovskite solar cells.
