GHz spectroscopy probe on physical reservoir computing hardware based on magnetic skyrmions

By using an inert-gas environment 2D transfer system recently acquired in UCL, we will make 2D heterostructures which do not naturally exist. We will characterize their spin transport properties by our GHz spin spectroscopy as well as by other cutting edge facilities available at Imperial Spin Lab. This project ultimately contributes to the development of spintronics with truly 2D monolayer devices, which will be huge impact on future electronic devices.
