英文摘要
This PhD project aims to tentatively examine a new theoretical project paradigm. A hypothetical directional relationship to connect relative influence of project actors and the necessary selection of project controls as indicators of likelihood of project success. By introducing human interaction as a set of independent variables, a cross-disciplinary methodology connecting project management and social science is proposed. Humans intend the changes that a project represent, it is therefore our behaviours and influences that necessarily underpin whether intended outcomes are realised.
