"This work proposes theoretical underpinning to achieve behaviour change in the target population. In-line with the Person Based Approach6, guiding principles have been synthesised from this theoretical underpinning, which this work aims to take into co-development sessions with meaningfully distinct user groups (stratified by their relative needs for engaging in exercise).This intervention can be considered a goal-directed behavioural intervention. We are aiming to drive people toward the goal of completing 150 minutes of exercise per week, and to achieve this, they must complete relative exercise behaviours. This forms the overarching goal of the programme - to support individuals to complete 150 minutes of moderate to high intensity exercise every week."
