This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The structures of pathogen (mycoplasma) proteins or their homologues provide critical information to drug discovery. We have crystallized various pathogen proteins and their homologues. Se-Met is incorporated into the protein sample for MAD phasing.
