This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. This protocol conducts studies to elucidate the cellular basis of the immune defects in patients with antibody deficiency disorders in order to better understand the normal immune mechanism involved in the production of specific antibodies.
