This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. Phase I study of continuous ambulatory intravenous infusion of docetaxel in women with progressive or recurrent gynecologic cancer. Patients will receive docetaxel through an I-Flow pump connected to an existing intravenous line of the physician's choosing. Docetaxel will be adminstered via the pump continuously for a maximum of 180 days. Patients will be closely monitored throughout treatment by blood counts and assessment of adverse reactions.
