ADMINISTRATIVE CORE The Administrative Core is directed by Dr. Celia Moore of UMass Boston, who serves as the overall Principal Investigator of the HORIZON Center. The HORIZON Center is co-directed by Dr. Deborah Prothrow-Stith of HSPH. Together they will share the responsibility for the overall direction of the HORIZON Center; the allocation and oversight of Center resources; maintaining partnerships with COHS, its Community Research Advisory Board (CRAB), and establishing and maintaining any new partnerships; day-to-day management of the HORIZON Center; coordination of the HORIZON Center's Core faculty and the selection of new faculty to be added; and oversight of the process for monitoring research projects and selecting new pilot projects.
