Determine if AMD3100, given with a G-CSF mobilizing regimen is generally safe and well tolerated. Determine if AMD3100, given with a G-CSF mobilizing regimen will increase the number of peripheral stem cells collected for transplantation. This is a compassionate use program and although there are similarities, it's not considered a research study either by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or AnorMED, the manufacturer of AMD3100. Compassionate use is a way to provide experimental treatment to a patient who is not eligible to receive that therapy in a clinical trial, but who has a serious or life-threatening illness for which other treatments are not available. Information that is collected from this compassionate use program, however, will be used for research purposes.
